Conversations on Creativity and Innovation

28 ottobre, Palazzo Giureconsulti, Milano.
Purtroppo, 3 ore per sviscerare all the themes are very few but perhaps sufficient to ignite a spark in a time when we really needed the creativity and innovation.

Emotions from the world

The day after surgery to ITN is the time of the conference dedicated to innovation in the communication of the wine sector. The initiative, promoted under the 5 th International "Emozioni dal Mondo - Merlot and Cabernet together" by Bergamaschi Winegrowers in conjunction with the Consortium for the Protection Valcalepio, proved a pleasant surprise for the organization's quality and abundance participants from all over the world.
Antonio De Bellis, promoter Innovation Club and supporter of the conference, had the bright idea of \u200b\u200binvolvement in an event outside the usual circuits known to me but, because of this, very stimulating.
Innovation is good everywhere but it is even more in one area, the wine, which is suffering from competition from emerging countries and poor communication skills of Italian entrepreneurs.
Once again, the Web could do much, we hope to have thrown a stone capable of generating a few waves.

Atoms + for a bit better digital life

"Atoms + bit for a better digital life" is the title of my contribution to the 2009 edition of ITN held in Turin at Lingotto Fiere.
ITN - Infrastructure, Telematics and Navigation, is the first event in Europe able to offer a thorough, intelligent and smart grid infrastructure from positioning systems and location-based services.
Assuming that the distinction between the atomic world and the digital world is increasingly fading away, I developed the theme of the relationship between technology-society-lifestyle. A few flash activated in about twenty minutes, enough to elicit stares of curiosity, some perplexed and others worried about the future of views that objectively, pose many questions.
As always, I tried to be positive and to emphasize the great opportunities that the revolution Digital offers.

The blinds: i bui

The blinds have the advantage of seeing all the moves before they have to act to turn round in the pre-flop, but have the disadvantage of having to act on first in all subsequent rounds, in addition to having to put money into the pot before the cards are given. Many players on the blind call a raise in the round pre-flop, because they believe they have already invested in that round. However, this idea is wrong because the chips have made with their blinds are sunk costs and should be thought of as part of the pot. The old advice: "do not spend good money after bad money" can be applied in this circumstance. A player in the blinds should make his decisions based on chips that are going to go, not the chip that has already put into the pot. This is a general warning, but if the button is a player we are looking for suspect to steal the dark (because it usually is) probably can increase the range (variety) of hands that we can play to see the raise, but these are considerations and opportunities that may be taken by practicing and developing his own style of play.

How To Paint Jon Boat Camo

Early Position

players in the top positions are in a positional disadvantage, and they are throughout the entire hand. This means that you have to be more selective with starting hands (starting hand) than do the players in late position. For example, a hand like ATo on the button may seem like a good hand to raise with if everyone else has folded. But in an initial position, the probability that another player can raise, or at least call is high. There is a probability of about 91% that any random hand is worse than ATo. A player who raises with ATo on the button has only two players to face, the small blind and big blind. If 91% of all the hands are worse than ATO, then there is a 82.8% (91% raised to the second) chance that ATO is the best hand from the button and both blinds. So this is a situation where a player would raise with ATo since it is likely that he has the best hand. However, if the same player had a hand in the same position under the gun (the first player to act after the blinds), and was called by everyone, then there are 9 other players who might have a better hand. Using the same analysis, if each of these players have had a probability of 91% to have a worse hand of ATO, then there is only a 42.8% (91% raised to the ninth) the possibility that ATO is the best hand. Add us well as the positional disadvantage with which you have to do the Flop, the Turn and River, and now becomes a very difficult hand to play. Also, when ATO is the best hand, you can not have a big advantage over any starting hand, but a hand with an A and a lower kicker. But if it is not the best hand, is in danger of being a losing hand over hand like AK, KK and TT. Thus, when another player calls or raises, the player with ATo is in a situation where it is usually only a very slight favorite or underdog! Those situations are not profitable in Texas Hold'em!

La posizione può essere relativa nel Texas Hold'em

A player's position is always relative to other players. If you raise the position under the gun (see previous post) and everyone has folded except the big blind, you are in last position after the flop. You'll then have the same positional advantage as if gicassi on the button (dealer position). If you raise in middle position and two players after you have called your raise, while all others have folded all of a sudden you're in early position, because you act first in each round, with two players acting after you. With the exception of the small blind and the dealer, the relative position of the other players may change depending on what players are still in hand.
Here is a table of the relative positions of each player in pre-flop from 7-handed to 10-handed (from 7 to 10 players).
The numbers in the table refer to the position of the players. 1 means that the player is first to act, by 2 seconds to act, etc..

NB - The 8th player in a game 10 can be seen in middle position or in late position depending on how aggressive the players probe 9 and 10.
