Iniziamo col montare a neve gli albumi aiutandovi con uno sbattitore elettrico e, prima di terminare il montatura, versare metà  dello zucchero che ci occorre per la preparazione per poi continuare a sbattere.

Nell’altra terrina con all’interno i tuorli versate l’altra metà  di zucchero e sbattete il tutto con uno sbattitore elettrico. Appena le uova otterranno un’aspetto giallo omogeneo, versate within the egg whites and mix before it all with the same mixer .

After that, using a sieve or a strainer Chinese, slowly pour the flour together with the yeast (a kind of snow) and mix with a spatula from the bottom up. Quest'oggi non Vi mostrerò lavori ma Vi parlerò un pò di Me...La domenica è un giorno di Festa, prendiamocela con tranquillità. NO?! Questa Domenica è passata leggera un pò malinconica e ansiosa. Stamattina ero agitata, ho preso la mia macchina fotografica e mi son avviata lungo il sentiero, mi son seduta sull'erba con il sole che scaldava le mie ossa e ho sbirciato le foto che avevo facendo un pò di pulizia. Ma ecco che trovo molti soggetti intereSsanti...il mio piccolo cane "appollaiato" sulle mie gambe sostava sonnechiando .
Vi mostro qualche "Foto" che sembra preannunciare Spring ....
