place this cake for the retirement party of Valerio, to which I devoted all of myself!

Regarding the soul of the cake is a traditional RP, for which as you know I always follow the recipe slightly wet with Greedy alcoholic. The creams are two layers of cream stracciatella (ie Camy cream with chocolate shavings) and pistachio cream (which is my usual cream bimby by adding a few teaspoon of pistachio paste) ...
The decorations are in mmf.
We just have to wait to taste ... as for me I have to say I really enjoyed it ...
